Manufacturing process
Machinery production process refers to the entire process from raw materials to machinery manufactured products. Includes: blank manufacturing, machining, heat treatment, assembly, inspection, testing, painting, and other major projects; It also includes packaging, transportation and other auxiliary processes. Its production process can be done by a factory, can also be complete by multiple plants. In addition to large structure parts, some of machining components manufactured by us, there are some components may be purchased from other manufacturers, according to the clients’ brand requirements

Crane consists of metal structures, mechanical processing, purchased parts, outsourcing parts and electrical parts, process as follows:
In structural parts manufacturing, we company has strong manufacturing capacity; We have production line of pre-treatment capacity of 50,000 tons, with uncoiling, flat, cutting, shot blasting, painting and drying . CNC cutting equipment, semi-automatic cutting machine, carbon dioxide gas shielded arc welding, submerged arc welding and other welding. There are a variety of shears, leveling machines, bending machines, coiling and other large-scale processing equipment. These devices provide a strong guarantee to improve the manufacturing capabilities.

In mechanical processing, we are the leading company in the processing capacity of the equipment, we have fine 16-meter fall milling and boring machine, CNC heavy duty horizontal lathe, a variety of horizontal boring machine, vertical milling machining centers large, thin equipment, processing of various large-scale, high-precision parts for the equipment, providing equipment guarantee for our company processing a variety of large-scale, high precision parts

Painting: According to the contract, or the working environment, should use a different paint (color, variety): paint colors, variety be made by paint engineer to develop paint process according to the contract requirements, (including paint variety, color, quantity, bottom , paint coating thickness, etc.)

Incoming inspection: refers to the into plant materials (including steel and welding materials), quality control section to check whether have the manufacturer's certificate of compliance, and in accordance with its certificate of compliance,acceptance approval according to the national standards and company policy, if necessary, conduct a review, to check if its chemical composition and mechanical strength meet requirements of national standards and enterprise

1. Verify the carbon content of steel

Quality control: After the completion of each process parts, must verify, after passing, then can move on the next process. Manufacturing process all completed, after calibration qualified, then storage, or turn the other workshop

Assembly: In accordance with an overall picture of the crane components for assembly or test equipment, such as lifting mechanism assembly, pulley block and bracket assembly as well as other parts of the operation mechanism. Some parts need to be removed later in the on-site assembly,because of transportation . But before the factory test assembly removed, the relative position of each member-chip positioning blocks, positioned so that the second assembly. Some parts are assembled on site, such as ladders, railings. Which parts need on-site installation, as the case may be,

Check: After assembly is completed, quality control department should conduct a comprehensive inspection based on the relevant standards and technical requirements, after passing the examination, issued a factory compliance certification.
