Shipyard portal crane is mainly used for section assembly of large structures and installation of electric mechanical equipment when shipyards or docks are building ships. They boast high hoisting tonnage and accurate and reliable hoisting.
Main features of crane:
1.It adopts the luffing method of pulley block or drum compensation so that the accuracy of level luffing is high;
2.It is designed with the main hook in consideration of max lifting capacity and auxiliary hook, according to the listed objects;
3.The operation device rotates 360, widening the operation scope;
4.It adopts PLC control and variable frequency speed control, so that the fine motion at low speed is great and the hoisting location is accurate;
5.With straight jib and cylinder portal structure, it boasts light structural weight, beautiful appearance and easy maintenance;
6.The cab has a fine field of view and beautiful figure;
7.It has complete safety devices and communication and lighting system.
