Shipbuilding Gantry Crane
Shipbuilding gantry crane with large lifting capacity, large span, multiple functions and high efficiency, is specially used for docks (or berths) to conduct segmental transportation of large hulls, butt and turning operation. It has three forms of structure, such as single trolley, shifting double trolley, and upper, lower trolley.
Main technical features:
1.It has multiple functions like single hoisting, hoisting, suspending turning, and horizontal micro-shift in air.
2.The structure is classified as single beam or double beam for user selection; the beam adopts the optimal design of variable cross-section to use the material reasonable.
3.The rigid leg of gantry crane has the types of single column and double column for user selection;
4.The upper trolley has two main hook, which are placed the external sides of the main beam and can shift laterally 0-2m Independently or simultaneously
5.Generally, the main hoisting and trolley running adopts variable frequency speed control.
6.At the side of the rigid leg, the beam has a maintenance crane on the top so as to complete trolley`s maintenance operation;
7.A boarding elevator can be set up at the side of the rigid leg as user required.
8.To prevent storm attach, there sets up safe and reliable devices against wind, including rail clamp, ground anchor and anchor chain.
