1. Quayside container crane introduction
▪ This product is designed in according with code for design of crane and international codes such as FEM,DIN,IEC and AWS.
▪ Electric control system, steel structure, machine room, main elevating mechanism, working mechanism of the traveling crab, working mechanism of the crane carriage, elevating mechanism of jib, assembly of traveling crab, hoisting tools, tilting mechanism, protection mechanism for suspended capsule as well as other necessary safety and auxiliary devices.
▪ Advanced technology of AC frequency-variable speed adjustment is adopted in the following parts: main elevating mechanism, working mechanism of jib.
▪ Equipped with single-and double-box hydraulic hoisting tools as well as mechanical or electronic anti-swing device. The product may be a towed one, a self-propelled one or with load-carrying traveling crab, available specifications of the products mainly include 30t, 35t, 40t, 45t, 50t, 61t and 65t.
