About KPDZ electric flat car
KPDZ series are low power supply rail flatcar, is the power to AC 380V to communicate through a step-down transformer 36V phases, respectively connected to the two reported rail, rail flat car wheels on the AC 36V power supply rail into the car load the electrical box, after the rectification module 36V rectifier AC to DC 36V, again-through the DC control system to control the DC motor, make the car strait, stop, forward, backward, speed etc..

Car DC motor has stable starting, starting the advantages of large torque, small impact on the speed reducer, low voltage, long service life etc.. with the security and flexibility: the track laying requirements (needs higher insulation track), suitable for carrying less weight (≤ 50t) frequency high, long distance transportation. Not restricted by distance, but the operation distance of more than 70 meters, the need to increase the transformer volume to make up for the rail pressure drop.

Trade Terms & Packaging
▪ Payment terms: FOB, CFR and CIF are common trade terms. 30%T/T in advance, the balance paid before shipment or irrevocable L/C.
▪ Delivery time: within 10 ~15 business day after the receipt of deposit.
▪ Packaging: wood case for electric parts, accessories; large sections will be loaded onto bulk cargo ship after packing.
▪Transportation: generally 5 days to 10 days to destination port.
