lifting electromagnet for Billet,Girder Billet and Slab uses the unique magnetic circuit and packet structure of the double line, with good heat dissipation, magnetic penetration depth, can penetrate the characteristics of multi-layer air gap, capable of lifting did not make bundles rolling bar, flat iron, angle, and so on. There are room temperature and high temperature type.
The circular magnet series is used for ceiling hanging cast ingot, ball, iron, mechanical chip; casting plant all kinds of miscellaneous iron, scrap, cropping; packing scrap iron. In the slag treatment process in advance, for removing large pieces of iron, in the coal washery lifting iron etc.. Dual chamber type outlet box, ad hoc ultra thick box protection board, lead to cable anti twist settings.
The oval magnet series is used for car shaped container within narrow efficient handling of waste iron and steel. According to the shape of the carriage tailored for hoisting steel scrap, general electromagnet design into two semicircular structure, so it is also called elliptical solenoid.
The square magnet series of the most widely used oblong electromagnets, and is mainly suitable for used for lifting the billet, ingot and large blooms and can also be used to hang round billet, steel and so on. For different types of steel, the use of different magnetic circuit design. It is an ideal lifter which economizes energy, labor easy and rate of production improving.

Normal temperature--≤150℃
High temperature--150℃≤T≤600℃

3.Lifting Electromagnetic Safety notes:
▪ Clean surface before using to avoid scratch.

▪ Ban thrown items directly from the crane.
▪ Using magnetic separately should be have a ground wire to avoid leakage.
